Rauthan & Associates, Company Secretaries and expanded the profession with LLP i.e. M/s. SSRBG & Associates Company Secretaries LLP w.e.f. 22/03/2023. The name of the LLP has been changed as M/s. Rauthan & Associates Company Secretaries LLP w.e.f. 28/04/2025.

The Firm is having its ownership office situated in the heart of south Mumbai. We have fullycomputerized and technically up-to-date communication systems. Our firm has business presence throughout India by way of strategic alliance and networking with fellow professional firms to speed-up the services for our valuable clients. The firm is having two branches at Bengaluru and Delhi.
